The Eau Claire Academy Project was 15,000 square feet of 50 Mil Dark Gray Duro-Last with Surrey Beige 2 PC Compression Metal Edge Detail.
Since this is a Therapeutic Treatment Center for Young Adults, special consideration was taken to ensure roof sections were completed safely and at times that did not disturb the everyday activities of the students and faculty.
Ballast rock was removed on 6 separate roof sections. On 5 of the sections Duro-Last was installed directly over the existing loose laid rubber. One roof section was found to be saturated so a full tear-off was completed and new tapered insulation was installed.
